Working one-on-one with me is easy and comfortable. I will introduce you to the concepts of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and I will teach you practices that will help you manage your stress throughout the day. My teachings are evidenced-based and realistic. I would love to meet you and share my story and knowledge.
I offer employee wellness workshops and classes. I will come to your workplace and work with your team to cultivate a more mindful and stress-free workspace.
When you have me work with your team, they will realize that you care about them and they will learn ways to manage their stress during the work day as well as in their home life.
I am currently holding a public class at In Balance Yoga & Fitness in River Falls, WI.
This class is on Wednesday nights from 5:15-6:15. We will be doing Mindful Movement and Meditation. Each class is unique and explores different MBSR practices. All levels are welcome and your first class is always FREE. I hope to see you there!
