Mindful LIFEscaping relies on over 40 years of central nervous system research done by Jon Kabat-Zinn and the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine's Center for Mindfulness. We can explain why Mindfulness works and why you should practice Mindfulness.
Mindful LIFEscaping uses ancient eastern Traditions to provide you with every day, realistic strategies that help you enjoy your life to the fullest. Our individual sessions will inform you of the benefits of Mindfulness and show you practices that you can use on a daily basis to control stress.
Angie Payden has been practicing Mindful Yoga for over twenty years and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for over eight years. Angie achieved her qualification to teach MBSR through the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She has over eight-hundred hours of Mindfulness teacher training and is a Qualified Mindfulness and Mindful Movement Teacher through UMASS. She specializes in Mindfulness Neuroscience, Mindful Movement and Advanced Meditation.
Angie is a proud member of the Recovery Community. Following her own struggles with addiction and mental illness, Angie discovered Mindfulness and credits her practices as a key to her recovery.
