In this One-On-One session, I will show you how to manage your stress through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). You will leave with tools and a plan to put in place when you are feeling overwhelmed.
The One-On-One sessions are offered by Angie Payden. I am a qualified Mindful-Based Stress Reduction teaching, I have over 500 hours of teacher training through the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine’s Center for Mindfulness Teacher Training Program. More importantly, I have a passion for MBSR and I know first-hand the benefits that it can have on life.
