Long-Term Sobriety can be difficult to achieve even after many treatments and support groups. Most people in recovery need additional help coping with the daily struggle of staying sober.
The One-On-One sessions are offered by Angie Payden. I am a qualified Mindful-Based Stress Reduction teacher. I have over 500 hours of teacher training through the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine’s Center for Mindfulness Teacher Training Program. More importantly, I have been in recovery for 9 years and I attribute my success to the Mindfulness-Based Sobriety (MBS) practices. I have been sharing my Mindfulness-Based Sobriety (MBS) practices with individuals who continue to struggle despite many attempts to stay sober for over 3 years now.
